Book Package #1—’The Easy Digest’

Flat rate of $4,500 for ≤ 50,000 words
Flat rate of $9,000 for ≤ 100,000 words

The Easy Digest is great for a relatively clean manuscript that does not require writing development, or editing for tone or style. This package includes:

• 1 x copyediting—This service focuses on grammar and typographical errors, and will include some structural editing where necessary.
• 2 x proofreading—This service ensures that the page proofs are as error-free as possible. Up to two rounds of proofreading.
• 3 x book cover proofing—This service proofreads book cover content to ensure each element, such as blurb, image etc, is satisfactory. Up to three rounds of proofing.

Extras, such as developmental editing, additional rounds of editing/proofreading or consultations, are charged separately.

Book Package #2—’The Medium Rare’

Flat rate of $6,500 for ≤ 50,000 words
Flat rate of $13,000 for ≤ 100,000 words

The Medium Rare is perfect for manuscripts that is 50% diamond in the rough, and 50% clear, brilliant gem. This package helps to fine-tune your manuscript, which would have already undergone content/structural development and is almost good to go. Focusing on tone of voice, style of writing, appropriate pitching (if this is a horror story for young adults, we’re likely going to want to stay away from trisyllabic medical jargon) etc, your manuscript will be sizzling at the end. This package includes:

• 1 x line editing—This will will focus on editing for tone of voice and style of writing.
• 1 x copyediting—This will come after line editing, and will focus on grammar and typographical errors.
• 2 x proofreading—This service ensures that the page proofs are as error-free as possible. Up to two rounds of proofreading.
• 3 x book cover proofing—This service proofreads book cover content to ensure each element, such as blurb, image etc, is satisfactory. Up to three rounds of proofing.

Book Package #3—’The Hard Stuff’

Flat rate of $11,000 for ≤ 50,000 words
Flat rate of $22,000 for ≤ 100,000 words

The Hard Stuff is exactly what it sounds like—hard stuff. It entails difficult grunt work that involves a lot of loving attention to detail on top of blood, sweat and tears. This would be great for authors needing help with the writing phase, and for those wanting an expert eye to analyse the content and quality of the book. This package includes:

• 1 x developmental editing—This service focuses on helping you to develop the manuscript, closing loopholes and solving content or structural issues.
• 1 x line editing—This will come after developmental editing, and will focus on editing for tone of voice and style of writing.
• 1 x copyediting—This will come after line editing, and will focus on grammar and typographical errors.
• 2 x proofreading—This service ensures that the page proofs are as error-free as possible. Up to two rounds of proofreading.
• 3 x book cover proofing—This service proofreads book cover content to ensure each element, such as blurb, image etc, is satisfactory. Up to three rounds of proofing.
